All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer Free Shipping within the United States on all orders.


International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Canada: 7–14 business days

International: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs delays)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

 

Incorrect Addresses

 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.


We are unable to refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once a package is marked “Delivered”, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If this occurs, please contact your local carrier to open a claim.

 

Preorders

 

Preorder items will ship on the estimated date listed in the product description.

Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may ship together unless otherwise specified.
